Envoy’s cornerstone growth platform RSE has announced its fifth acquisition in the past 16 months, securing a majority investment in Leeds-based control & automation company Technical Control Systems (TCS).
The company is one of the UK’s largest independent designers and manufacturers of low voltage switchgear, motor control centres, relay protection panels and control panels. The latest addition takes RSE past the 1,000 employee mark with coverage UK wide.
